testIn my presales role at Wirecard, I focused on bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and client understanding. Merchants wanted more than discount driven programs — they needed loyalty solutions tied to payments and mobile apps that could scale across regions, adapt to local markets, and deliver measurable growth.

To meet this need, I designed simple, story driven customer journeys that made loyalty tangible: earning points at checkout, moving through tiers, unlocking rewards, and even converting points into charitable donations. I built demos, campaign examples, and RFP responses that explained both the customer experience and the technical backbone — APIs, SDKs, and dashboards that enabled seamless earn and burn functionality and real time analytics. By grounding these stories in real world case studies like Orange Cash, Allianz Prime, and Binfinite in Malaysia, I gave sales teams credible proof points that the platform was already delivering value for major brands.

The assets I created — decks, case studies, and demo flows — helped sales teams pitch more effectively, win clients across retail, telecom, and financial services, and reposition Wirecard as more than a payments provider. They also became reusable tools for the Value Added Services team, ensuring consistent messaging and market validation.

This experience reinforced a key lesson: presales is about simplifying complexity, building trust, and connecting features to real customer outcomes. By showing prospects how loyalty could drive engagement and revenue, I helped shift the narrative from loyalty as a cost center to loyalty as a growth engine.
